- to work out the best travel (logistics) options for you.

- to be able to keep in touch with you, should there be an arising need to, to offer you a new tour we have developed which would suit the needs you have previously shared with us.

We would like to provide you with the best possible service when we arrange a bespoke touring experience for you and the data that we collect from you helps us to personalise our recommendations for your experience.

How we collect your data

We collect your data either directly from you based on information you provide either through email, our social media or telephone conversations. We treat your personal data with the respect and we take all appropriate steps to protect it.

When we’ll share your data

We will only share your data with our employees and other companies we would commission to personalise your travel experience.  This includes our trusted suppliers of specialised services included within your experience, such as accommodation providers, chauffeuring and restaurants, operators of historic buildings and places of interest to you or organisers of excursions.

Know your rights

Under the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)  laws (25 May 2018) you have the right to access your personal data whenever you want to, including viewing what personal data we use and how, as well as requesting us to update or delete your information.
